Wellbeing Services
Your wellbeing is at the heart of your student experience. We offer confidential guidance, practical support and a caring environment to help you manage challenges and thrive.

Our Services
Wellbeing Meetings
The Wellbeing Department offers 30-minute confidential one-to-one meetings. This is a supportive and private space where you can discuss any mental health and wellbeing concerns. We are here to provide the best possible support and help you make the most of your time at William College.
Disability Support
Our campuses in Stratford and Leeds are designed to be accessible, and we work with students to understand individual requirements and provide support throughout their studies.
How do you access support?
If you need academic adjustments or extra support, you will need to provide medical evidence or a formal report. In most cases, medical evidence will be a letter from your doctor (General Practitioner or GP) or another appropriate healthcare professional.
wellbeing@williamcollege.com for further advice.

What support is available?
Support at William College is flexible and tailored to individual needs. We will discuss your requirements on a case-by-case basis to determine the best options for you. Additionally, we have partnerships with third-party providers who can offer further support.
Engagement and Development
Enhance your wellbeing through activities, guidance and opportunities designed to build resilience and personal growth.
What support is available?
If you're facing challenges, it's important to know that you do not have to struggle alone. We offer drop-in sessions to provide urgent support and assistance. These confidential sessions can take place in person or via teams. Students can also book a one-to-one meeting with the Wellbeing Department in advance. These can be booked via our email at wellbeing@williamcollege.com.

What support is available?
If there is something we need to know about urgently, speak to a member of our team or fill out the form below.

Incident Reporting Form
At William College, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone — students, staff, applicants, and members of the public.
If you have experienced or witnessed an incident that goes against our values of respect, dignity, and equality, we encourage you to report it using our Incident Reporting Form. You don’t need to be sure whether a policy has been broken — if something doesn’t feel right, we want to hear about it.
Report and Incident Anonymously
You can choose to report anonymously or include your details if you wish to be contacted for follow-up. All reports are treated with care, confidentiality, and sensitivity. Submitting this form anonymously ensures that your identity remains undisclosed. Any information provided will be kept private unless William College determines that there is a significant safety risk to you or others. In most cases, the College's ability to take direct action against specific individuals may be limited when based solely on anonymous reports. However, if a report contains identifying details and highlights serious safety concerns, the College may take appropriate steps to safeguard those involved. Submitting a report does not automatically trigger a formal complaint — you are in control of what happens next.

Anyone who has experienced, witnessed, or been affected by an incident involving someone connected to the college can report it. This includes:
Current students
Staff members
Applicants to courses or roles
Visitors and members of the public
Need Support?
We understand that reporting can be an emotional or overwhelming experience. You don’t have to do it alone. Our Wellbeing Team is here to support you, whether you decide to make a report or not. Visit our Wellbeing Office, call, or email us:
Togetherall
Togetherall is an online mental health and wellbeing support service available to all William College students. You can log in using your William College email address via this link: Togetherall Login
